Roosevelt Island is an easily accessible, peaceful Manhattan retreat. It floats in the East River opposite Manhattan’s East Side, stretching from Midtown north to Gracie Mansion.

The Octagon is within walking distance of all Roosevelt Island’s neighborhood offerings, and bike paths are aplenty. For a quick commute, we’ve taken steps to ensure Octagon residents easy travel to and from the property. The Octagon is its own stop on the main Roosevelt Island Red Bus line, so reaching the tram or subway is a cinch. The trams and subways are reliable and frequent, and the Island is well connected to the rest of the city. To top it off, The Octagon offers onsite parking and Zipcars for any occasion.
