Earth Day at Prospect Park – Head over to Prospect Park in Brooklyn on Sunday, April 22 for an Earth Day Celebration. From 1pm – 4pm, join the Prospect Park Alliance at the Audubon Center to celebrate the planet. There will be fishing lessons at the Boat House at Prospect Lake Park, as well as demos with birds of prey that are native to the New York area. Urban Park Rangers and NYC Parks and Wildlife Rangers will be on premises to provide information about NYC’s parks.

Bronx River Cleanup – In honor of Earth Day, the Bronx River Alliance is partnering with United by Blue for a river cleanup at Soundview Park.
